The Door Is Open: Soulnests Is Now in iOS Beta
Every sanctuary begins as a wish somebody is brave enough to build around.
Ours began with a simple one: what if caring for your inner life did not feel like opening five different apps, obeying five different streaks, or translating your feelings into the cold little language of a dashboard? What if the place that held your journal could also hold a quiet meditation, a conversation with Maya, a garden of small habits, a playful exercise for your mind, and a gentler way back into your body?
We painted that wish into Soulnests. Today, we get to open another door.

This is the exciting, slightly untidy, very alive part: the sanctuary is real enough to enter and still young enough for your footsteps to help shape the path.
What this beta means
A beta is not a velvet rope around a finished room. It is an invitation into the workshop while the paint is drying and the kettle is already on.
You can use Soulnests on your iPhone, explore the current experience, and tell us where the app feels effortless, where it feels confusing, what makes you want to return, and what needs more care. Some corners may still creak. A button may need better words. A ritual that feels lovely on one phone may feel crowded on another. That is why this moment matters.
We do not want to build a wellness app at people. We want to build a sanctuary with the people who will actually carry it through ordinary mornings, loud afternoons, sleepless nights, and the five quiet minutes between everything else.
What is waiting inside
Soulnests brings the mind, body, and soul into one illustrated woodland home. The beta lets you move among the parts of your life without feeling as though you have been scattered across a row of unrelated tools.
You can write or speak an honest journal entry, add a mood or image, and return later to notice what has changed. You can talk with Maya when you need a warm prompt to help untangle a thought. You can wander through My Garden and My Aura, learn from your personality reflections, play in Brain Forest, build a movement ritual, or settle into meditation and sound.
There is structure here, but no punishment. There are habits, but no scolding. There is progress, but we are not interested in turning your heart into a score.
The hope is simple: when life feels like too many rooms with too many doors, Soulnests gives you one gentle home.
Your first five minutes
Do not try to conquer the whole forest on your first visit. Begin small.
Open the journal and write one true line. Name the feeling that arrived with you. Choose the smallest next step that would make the next ten minutes kinder. Then look around. Maybe Maya has a question worth sitting with. Maybe your body wants movement. Maybe your mind wants a game. Maybe the wisest thing you can do is press play on a meditation and let the day loosen its grip.
That is enough. More than enough, really. A sanctuary should never make you perform your need for rest.
How to join on TestFlight
Joining takes only a few taps:
1. Open theSoulnests public beta invitationon your iPhone.
2. If Apple asks, install the free TestFlight app and accept the invitation.
3. Install Soulnests, step inside, and use the beta as you would use the app in real life.
TestFlight is Apple's official way to distribute beta apps. Beta builds have time limits, and Apple may show device, operating-system, or availability requirements on the invitation page. If the invitation is available to you, TestFlight will guide you through the rest.
What kind of feedback helps
You do not need to become a software tester with a clipboard. Tell us what a person would tell a friend.
What delighted you? Where did you hesitate? Which screen felt like Soulnests, and which one felt as though it had wandered in from somewhere else? Did you know what to tap next? Could you read everything comfortably? Did a journal, meditation, game, habit, or conversation genuinely earn a second visit?
Screenshots, device details, and a short note about what you were trying to do are especially useful when something goes wrong. But feelings count too. “This made me exhale” is information. So is “I did not understand this.” So is “I wanted this button to take me somewhere else.”
You can send feedback through TestFlight or contact Soulnests. Thoughtful criticism will not hurt our feelings; it will help us build the place we promised.
A note about privacy and care
Soulnests is a mental wellness companion. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or crisis care, and the beta should not replace support from a qualified professional.
Treat a beta like a place still being tested: share only what you are comfortable entering, keep your device protected, and read our Privacy Policy for current details about data handling. If something feels urgent or dangerous, reach for immediate human help rather than an app. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; in a life-threatening emergency, call emergency services. Outside the United States, use your local crisis or emergency service.
Wellness technology should help people keep their agency. That principle matters even more while a product is growing.
Come be early
There is a particular joy in arriving early—not because early makes you more important, but because you get to leave a little kindness in the architecture for the people who come after you.
Perhaps you will be the person who notices that a sentence needs warmth. Perhaps you will catch the rough edge that no one on our team could see. Perhaps you will discover a ritual that becomes part of your morning. Perhaps you will simply open the app on a difficult day and find one corner that feels quiet enough.
All of those things matter.
The door is open. The forest is lit. Your place is not reserved by perfection; it is made by showing up as you are.
