Features that cover the full routine.
Write, talk with Maya, meditate, build habits, move, log food, play short brain games, and keep a private room for the people you love. Soulnests gives each part enough room without making the product feel busy.
Reflect: Write things down, then actually see the patterns.
The journal is the center of Soulnests. Entries, prompts, mood check-ins, reports, and saved memories give people a practical record of what has been going on.
Journal entries
Text, voice, image, and emotion check-ins, organized so past days are easy to revisit.
AI prompts
Optional writing prompts and reflection support for days when a blank page is too much friction.
My Aura reports
Weekly, monthly, and annual summaries across emotional, physical, mental, social, and growth signals.
Motivational speeches
Personalized audio encouragement saved for replay when the same reminder would help again.
Personality quiz
A public quiz with saved assessments, detailed result pages, reports, and share-card generation.
Scrapbook
Generated visual pages for meaningful entries, memories, and moments worth keeping.
Talk: Use conversation when typing is not what you need.
Maya gives people another way to reflect: in a chat, out loud on a voice call, or face to face with the camera on. The boundaries stay clear: useful support, not diagnosis, licensed care, or crisis help.
Maya AI companion
A supportive chat companion with conversation history, memory context, and a calmer tone.
Voice calls
Talk with Maya out loud in real time, hands free, with call history and a monthly time allowance.
Video calls with your camera
Share your camera during a call and Maya can see and talk about what you show her. Soulnests doesn't save camera images.
Forest companions
Choose how Maya appears on a call: a bunny, cat, pup, fox, bear cub, hedgehog or owlet.
Reflection companion modes
Supportive experiences for self-reflection with visible mental-health safety boundaries.
Together: A private room for the few people you love.
The Nest is an invite-only room for a partner, your family or close friends, twelve people at most. It sits beside the group chat as the place where the slower, kinder things can stay.
Kindness board
Notes and doodles stay on the board where they were left. Pin up to four to the front.
Shared journal shelf
Share one page from your private journal. It joins a shelf you flip through like a book.
Letters
Write to one person or to everyone, kept in a mailbox for when they need it.
A plant to water
A small daily gesture anyone in the Nest can make, with optional gentle reminders on iPhone.
Invite only
Only people the owner invites can come in, by link or by email. Nothing in a Nest is public.

Meal logs, daily goals, water tracking, trend views, and photo-based AI food analysis when useful.

Why it lives in one place
A hard day can start as a journal entry, a voice note, a meditation, or a lighter habit.
Movement, meals, mood, and sleep cues are easier to review when they live near the rest of the routine.
And when it is the people you love you want close, the Nest keeps a room for them next door.
Questions people ask
Is Soulnests mainly a journaling app?
Journaling is central, but Soulnests also includes meditation, Maya by chat, voice and video call, habits, workouts, nutrition, brain games, personality tools, reports, scrapbook pages, and the Nest, a private shared room for the people you invite.
Does every feature require AI?
No. People can journal, meditate, track habits, play games, log nutrition, review progress, and use many product surfaces without making AI the center of the experience.
Is Soulnests therapy?
No. Soulnests is a wellness product for reflection, routines, and self-understanding. It does not diagnose, prescribe, replace therapy, or provide crisis care.
What is the Nest?
A private room inside Soulnests for up to twelve people you invite: a kindness board for notes and doodles, a shelf of journal pages members choose to share, letters, and a plant you water together. Nothing in a Nest is public.
Can Maya see my camera?
Only when you turn on camera sharing during a call. While you share, camera images are sent to Google Gemini so Maya can respond to what you show. Soulnests doesn't save the camera images, and sharing stops when you turn it off, leave the call or put the app in the background.
